These terms apply when you request a free sample or buy a website or service from Vaka Digital.
Your website sample is free and comes with no obligation. The sample design remains Vaka's property until you buy the build, and it may not be used or copied without purchasing.
Prices are shown in US dollars. Work starts once you have approved your sample and the agreed payment has been received. We accept card, stablecoin (USDT or USDC) and bank transfer or EcoCash, as agreed with you.
Each plan includes the number of revision rounds shown on our pricing. Timelines start once we have your content and payment. Extra work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.
Once paid in full, you own your website, its content and your domain. We hand over all logins at launch. We may show the finished website in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Hosting, domains, plugins and platform subscriptions (such as WordPress, Shopify or GoDaddy) are paid by you directly to those providers and are subject to their own terms.
We build every site with care, but we cannot guarantee specific sales or rankings. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for it.
